For U.S. orders, we offer free ground shipping on all orders $75 and over. For U.S. orders less than $75, we have a Standard Ground shipping (3-7 business days from the time of shipment). Cost will be calculated at checkout based off of your shipping address and the weight/size of the package. We will ship out all U.S. orders from our U.S. warehouse within 3 business days from the time the order is placed by the customer.

Please allow for extended shipping times during holiday seasons (we do not have control over package delays once the order is sent out from our warehouse).

Orders being sent to Canada typically also experience delays related to customs and shipping delays due to weather in the winter months. All Canadian orders are sent via UPS - you can learn more about how UPS handles packages, delays, etc here. 

For some products we do offer international shipping. Please refer to the product description of the item(s) you are interested in for available countries (look for the corresponding flag emojis!) ALDRI SUR is not liable for any taxes/duties/fees imposed within the recipient's country. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout depending on the destination country, size, and weight of package. 

We gladly accept returns or exchanges as long as they are in original condition (unworn, unwashed and with tags) within 14 days of purchase. Pleasecontact usto submit your return request. We do not offer free returns on international orders or pre-ordered items. We do not accept returns for final-sale items. 

SNAPBACK HATS: Best practice is to hand wash + air dry - however we have washed our Arna caps in a standard washer + air dry and they come out looking fresh.

BEANIES: Wash in cold water and lay flat to dry for best results. If you would like to shrink your beanie, tumble dry on low. Wool beanies will shrink much faster - exercise caution.

UPCYCLED APPAREL: Wash hoodies, tanks, and t-shirts in cold water, inside out, and tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry. Do not iron printed designs.

DRINKWARE: Hand-wash only.
